Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 29 Jul, 2025
Last Updated: 29 Jul, 2025

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how our plugin collects, uses, and handles your data.

Our plugin may integrate with third-party platforms to extend functionality. Each integration may request limited access to your account on that third-party platform in order to provide its intended features.

We do not collect or access data beyond what is required to offer the core service, and we never sell or share your information with third parties. Below, you’ll find sections detailing how we interact with each supported third-party service, what data we access, and how that data is handled securely and respectfully.

Google OAuth Integration

ArchiveMaster is a WordPress plugin developed by WPPOOL that allows users to archive their WooCommerce order data. As part of this service, we offer the ability to upload archived files (in SQLite format) directly to your personal Google Drive via Google OAuth.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

What Data We Access

When you connect your Google Drive account to ArchiveMaster via OAuth, we request access to the following scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — This permission allows ArchiveMaster to view and manage Google Drive files and folders that the app has created or opened using its own interface.

We do not request or access any other files or folders in your Google Drive.

How We Use Your Data

We use your Google Drive access only to:

  • Upload SQLite archive files that are generated by ArchiveMaster
  • Read files previously created by ArchiveMaster to display or manage your archive history

We do not:

  • View, edit, or delete any other files in your Google Drive
  • Share your data with third parties
  • Store your Google account information or access tokens beyond the current session (unless explicitly required and securely encrypted)

How You Can Revoke Access

You can disconnect ArchiveMaster from your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Data Retention & Security

We do not permanently store any Google Drive content or personal OAuth data on our servers. Any temporary access is used solely for file transfer and is protected using secure authentication and encryption protocols.
